I am dedicating this space to my first 2 dogs that I had.

My first was a solid black cockapoo we rescued him from the pound when I was in 5th grade. Tyler Bryan was my baby, my protector, my companion for many years. He was a loyal little guy to the point he would protect me from everyone. Even my mom couldn't check me for a fever when I was ill without "Ty" letting her know she crossed HIS line. He was quite the guy. He has been loved and missed for several years.

My other little guy was a Lhasa Pom mix. My mom bought him for me as part of my graduation present because she bought his sister and I couldn't bare the thought of leaving him behind. He was adorable grew to be a whole 6 1/2 pounds dripping wet. He would sleep at my feet where ever I was. He would slip in under the covers and then come out just enough so he had an airhole to breathe. Taz was my first "pocket puppy". He hated going to the vet but loved going to get "pretty". He too has been loved and missed for several years.

My boys will be remembered in my heart forever.

Meet Our House Dogs

Sassy is an old Shih Tzu. My mom and sister rescued her from the Humane Society when she was 2 (now 14). She was my Tyler's best friend for many years. When Ty died she became very depressed. I had also recently lost my Taz so I was really wanting that companionship of a dog again. So my now husband and I brought Sassy home to live with us when she was about 10 years old. She is a great dog. Still in fairly good health over all for being 14. She is one of a kind as they all are.

Angel is also a Shih Tzu. I finally talked my husband into getting another dog after we cared for his parents 2 dogs while they were on vacation and he realized he had room in his heart for another. She was actually purchased for my daughter when she was 6 to help her with some anxiety's she had over her health. But Angel is truly a family dog thru and thru. She loves us all just the same as we do her.

All of these dogs have made my husband and I fall in love with the little dogs and the fullfillment and companionship that they provide for us and our family. This is how we got into this hobby/business to share our love of dogs and what they provide to us as humans with other dog fanciers alike. ALL of our dogs are loved and are part of our family.

We are a young family living in North Central Iowa. We have recently moved from a small northern Iowa town to an acreage to pursue our puppy dreams. We are committed to raising happy, healthy, and don't forget ADORABLE puppies! We Specialize in Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu Hybrid puppies but have expanded our breeds to include Yorkies and Pekingese. We also have 1 Lhasa Apso. We are a small hobby breeder having just a few select litters a year. All of our puppies are born and raised in our home so they can be given the love and attention they deserve from the beginning. They are handled several times a day by my husband, myself and our children. So they are loved and socialized from the start. This helps them adjust to their new homes.This is also essential for being the best little puppy they can be!

WE ARE USDA Licensed. And Inspected unannounced on a regular basis.

We are NOT and DO NOT support puppy mills! All of our dogs are loved and cared for. They get regular vet care, groomings, and a large yard to run and play. Their living quarters are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. We even bring them into our basement during severe weather.They are part of our family!

All of our adult dogs come from carefully selected breeders.
